Back Design: Your Custom Words/Name on the Back/Sleeves of Jacket.
Rhinestone/Back: Rivet Rhinestones on FRONT and BACK of jacket. Your Custom Words on the Back/Sleeves of Jacket.
Fringe & Everything: Fringe Rhinestones Sewn in above pockets. Rivet Rhinestones on front and back of jacket. Your Custom Words on the Back/Sleeves of Jacket.

Once you add your jacket to the cart you can type in the "Order Special Instructions" your custom request.
We need to know
1) Team Name, Colors, Mascot, Sports, Number, if you want the sleeves done, etc. Everything you would like on the jacket. We will bring your ideas to life and add more to it!
We will email you a mock design before we move forward creating your jacket.
If we do not get a response from buyer after we send a mock design within 5 business days, we will decide if we have enough information to move forward creating the jacket for you, or we will cancel your order.
Feel free to email us with pictures of school colors, logos, & mascots, or portrait photos of player. Please understand we cannot use exact logos or school mascots images due to copyright/trademark laws.

Your design is digitally created by us and we will use a Direct to Film Print! We then hand place and heat press at a precise temperature and pressure to ensure Quality and Durability. Please do not iron directly over the design. The rhinestones on the jacket are rivets, which are each indivually permanently placed into the jacket by hand. NO toxic glue is used. Pocket Fringe Rhinestones are hand sewn in! 😊

With the jacket's delicate details, we highly recommend to spot clean/hand wash and hang dry, to preserve quality of the jacket design and rhinestones.
If you need to wash, turn jacket inside out, wash on COLD DELICATE cycle, lay flat or hang to dry, do NOT iron directly over design.

Processing: Your order is custom made. Turn around time to design and customize your jacket is estimated to be around 8 days from the day you place your order.
Shipping: Once your order is processed we will ship it out using USPS Shipping. We recommend ordering at least 14 days in advance to receive your order.

If you order a custom jacket and a regular item in our shop, your orders will ship together unless addition shipping cost is covered by buyer.

Unfortunately, due to our jacket being custom made, all sales are FINAL, and we are unable to accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. It's important to note that we do not accept returns for size-related issues, as all products are accompanied by size charts for your reference. Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your order and we'll work together to resolve it ASAP. We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, and we appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.
